Payments

All payments must be made in full and cleared before items are dispatched. Payments must be made within 7 days of purchase .The following payments are accepted, (see home page)

Returns policy

Returns are within 14 days; please notify us within the 14 days the reason of return. Garments must be sent back in its original condition i.e no signs of been worn and all tags on. Please note Postage & Packaging is NON refundable and is the buyers responsibility to pay for Postage& Packaging on return items. Please keep proof of postage of returned goods, as we cannot be responsible of any lost goods sent back to us, it is your responsibility to make sure all good are sent back in safe and satisfactory condition. Refunds will be issued as soon as item is received in satisfactory condition. Exchanged goods will be dispatched as soon as the return is received.

Damaged/ Faulty goods:

In a rare case of faulty garments, we asked to be notified as soon as you receive the garment via email at info@ justladiesclothing.co.uk we will issue a refund or exchange if garment is still in stock.
